Setting Up Notifications

Notifications can be set for an individual agent or globally for all agents.

This walkthrough is divided into two sections:

 

Set Notifications for a Single Agent

 

    1. Open the agent in the Web Console.

    2. Click the Tools ? menu.

    3. Click Notifications.

    4. Enter an email address. To use multiple emails, enter each email separated with a comma (no spaces).

    5. Choose the events that will trigger a notification by checking the corresponding boxes.

    6. Click Save.

 

Set Global Notifications

 

    1. Open the Agents tab in the Web Console.

    2. Click the Tools ? menu.

    3. Click Global Notifications.

    4. Enter an email address. To use multiple emails, enter each email separated with a comma (no spaces).

    5. Choose the events that will trigger a notification by checking the corresponding boxes.

    6. Click Save.
