How do I upgrade my Mozenda account?

If you wish to upgrade or downgrade from one of the monthly plans to one of the other monthly plans, you can do so online; upgrading to an Enterprise license requires a license key from your account representative. If you wish to downgrade from an Enterprise license to one of the monthly plans, you will need to close your current account and create a new account using one of the monthly subscriptions.
To change the subscription of a Mozenda account, your user login must have billing permissions enabled.

Open the Web Console in a browser.

Click the user icon ? in the upper right corner.

Click Account Settings.

Click upgrade next to your rate plan.

Choose a plan by clicking on Select Plan. If you are upgrading to an enterprise license, enter the license key you received from your account representative into the license key box.
