Synchronize Agent Group Settings with Multiple Agents

Synchronizing settings for an agent group updates the associated agents so that each agent’s settings (such as publishing, notifications, and/or scheduling) match the agent group settings.

Open the Mozenda Web Console and click the Agents tab.

Click an agent group from the list.

Open the Tools menu.

Click Synchronize.

Check the boxes next to the settings you want to synchronize. Only settings that are out of synch in at least one agent will appear.

Click Synchronize.
