Download Storage Statistics

The data storage on your account includes your account database, agent collections, data collections, the files extracted by your agents and any file packages still attached to those agents.

Open the Mozenda Web Console.

Click the user icon ? in the upper right corner.

Click Account Settings.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Download collection storage statistics.

If a dialog appears, choose Yes or No. Choose Yes if you want to include images and files or file packages in the collection storage statistics. Choose No if you don’t. This dialog only appears when an agent on the account contains images and files or file packages.
