Our response to COVID 19

Like you, we’ve been observing the spread of COVID-19 with great concern. Our thoughts are with everyone affected and with all the health workers and public safety officials working to keep us healthy and safe.

At Mozenda, we’re settling into our new at-home routines, honing our Scrabble skills, and doing our best to stay positive. We want to let you know that even though things are up in the air, you can count on us – from engineering to support, we’re fully operational.

We understand that many of you are also working from home and that your work hours may have shifted. To help account for this, we’re extending our support hours. You can reach us Monday to Friday from 2 am – 8 pm EST., and Saturday from 11 am to 4 pm.  We might not be in the office, but we’re here to help.

We wish you all the best as you continue to adjust to these unprecedented circumstances. We hope you’re able to stay healthy, productive, and comfortable in the company of the ones you love.
