Why did my agent hit an error?

You can manage and track all the times your agent has run plus see agent errors in the Web Console. Follow below or watch the tutorial video to learn more about Mozenda’s Job feature.

    1. Open the Web Console.

    2. Click Agents in the top nav bar.

    3. Click to open your agent.

    4. Click on the blue drop-down button titled Data on the left.

    5. Click Jobs.

    6. There you’ll be able to see all of the times that specific agent has run.

    7. Select a Job.

    8. The Job Statistics window will appear on the right of your screen.

    9.  Look for the Error field.

    10.  There you’ll be able to see each error that your agent ran into.
