Qualifications / Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of HTML, XML, and JavaScript
  • Basic understanding of regular expressions and XPath
  • Experience using SalesForce or similar CRM platform

  • Tech Support experience

What you'll do:

  • Provide technical support using Mozenda’s software
  • Respond to inbound calls, chats,  and emails from customers
  • Conduct customer training using GoToMeeting
  • Create and modify web-scraping scripts
  • Resolve various account and billing issues
  • Optimize data collection, scheduling, and publishing
