It's been awhile since we've had time to work on features for the web application. We've been cranking in so many other areas not always visible to our customers. Tonight we updated the web application with some new features we've been working on over the past month. We'll blog more about them later, but for now here's a list of what's been added:

• Folders - Professional and unlimited customers get folders so they can organize their agents and collections. We tried to make folders simple to create and manage. Those who use gmail will find the location of folders familiar: on the left sidebar below the existing Home, Agents, and Collections menu items. Adding a folder is simple, just click the + icon on the header, provide a name, and choose the agents and collections you want contained within the folder.
• Image/File Exporting - In the past our professional and unlimited customers called us to get their images and files. Now they can use the Export tool on the agent and collection pages to get them. The system will automatically package images and files into zip files, naming them and their contents appropriately.
• Resizable Dialogs - Dialogs like the view editor and fields list were just too small when working with tons of fields. Since we couldn't simply make the bigger (customers with smaller monitors wouldn't like that), we made them resizeable.
• Agents/Collections Searching - The agents and collections lists now provide a search bar so you can quickly drill down to the agent or collection you want. Simply start typing and the list will be automatically filtered in real time. Type anything that appears in any column in those lists and the search bar will find what you're looking for. This feature is also available in folders.
• Multi-selecting Agents/Collections - Professional and unlimited customers will notice the agents and collections lists have check boxes next to each item in the list. Today these checkboxes are only used for selecting multiple agents/collections to put them into folders (notice the Folders tool at the bottom of the list). However, in the near future we will be enabling all customers to use this feature to perform various other actions on multiple items at once, such as assigning the same schedule to several agents.

We've also fixed a ton of bugs. We've probably missed some. If your "favorite" bug hasn't been fixed, please let us know. We'll bump all customer-reported bugs to the top of the bug-fix priority list.
